1. Getting Started

        a. Navigate to the "Create Forms" tab in the sample app.

        b. Click on the "Create" button to begin crafting your form.

        c. Provide a label for your form, and the form name will be automatically generated for you.

2. Building the Form Structure

        a. Head to the "Form Builder" section by clicking your form name.

        b. Right-click within the form structure to add a new group node. Remember, the root of your form should only contain groups, and other node types are disabled.

        c. Give your node a descriptive name and label, which can be in multiple languages. Then, you can save your node information.

3. Adding Fields

        a. Now, let's add fields to our form. Start with a text field for the email address; you can do this by right-clicking the group you created previously.

        b. Proceed to add a password field, ensuring each node has a unique name.

4. Customizing the Layout

        a. Arrange the form elements on the same row for a cohesive look.

        b. Adjust the width of the fields to enhance readability, ensuring they are visually appealing.

5. Validation and Final Touches

        a. Ensure the required fields are correctly marked and set validation rules for email and password fields.

        b. Refer to the help text if you encounter any difficulties with input types. This is similar to how you view help text within the APEX Page Designer.

        c. Save your progress as you go along.

6. Publishing Your Form

        a. Once satisfied with your form design, publish it to make it available to your users.

        b. Users can now fill out the form by providing the necessary information.

7. Versioning and Updates

        a. FlowForms offers versioning capabilities, allowing you to make changes and track revisions.

        b. Easily switch between different versions of the form.

8. Data Management

        a. View filled-out forms, including JSON data, for analysis or further processing.

        b. Manage form submissions efficiently within FlowForms.
